We work with seasonal produce and traditional flavors, those that are recognized and appealing, with that point of care that makes the difference. The idea is simple: that every mouthful pleases and makes you want to repeat.
To start, you can not miss ours: shavings of acorn ham and a crunchy muffin with Iberian and brie, which always work.

The sea makes its presence felt with options such as salmon bonbon, tuna tartar or our seafood croquettes, favorites of many.
We also have more special references such as foie mi-cuit with mango gelée, which elevate the experience without complicating it, along with vegetarian alternatives always present, such as our renowned false cappuccino: a cream of ceps under a fine parmesan foam.

Rice dishes have a special place, prepared on the spot: paella, fideuá or a creamy and flavorful black rice, cooked as it deserves. The preparation in front of the guest provides that touch that makes the difference.
The stations create spaces to enjoy, adding flavor and color to the experience. The Japo Corner offers freshly prepared sushi, while the Peruvian station features fresh ceviches with a subtle Mediterranean touch.

There is also room for lighter proposals in the Green Corner, with well-integrated vegan and vegetarian dishes. And, of course, classics that never fail: the Iberian cured ham station and a careful selection of national and French cheeses.
To complete the experience, our oysterman opens oysters on the spot, providing freshness and that differential point that surprises.
