When to book for MWC?

Ideally, contact us at least 4-6 weeks in advance. During the Mobile World Congress, Barcelona is saturated: full spaces, busy suppliers, little margin. Booking early allows us to ensure availability and plan your event as it deserves.

Do you make customized menus?

Always. Every event is different and we design proposals adapted to what you are looking for: type of guests, objectives and budget. We work with you to create the menu that works best for your company.

How do you handle dietary restrictions?

We have experience with any restriction: vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, dairy-free, nut-free, halal, kosher, allergies... We prepare each option separately to ensure safety without losing quality.

Is it possible to try the menu beforehand?

Yes, we offer tastings at our facilities so that you can try the elaborations, adjust what you need and go to the event with peace of mind.
